Shipping Policy
1. Local Delivery & Rates (Hong Kong SAR)
- Flat Rate: Orders below HK$800 will incur a $26 HKD delivery fee.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over HK$800 (after discounts).
- Delivery Time: Generally 3-5 working days for local addresses, 6-7 working days for remote areas.
- Methods: SF Express Standard Delivery or SF Store/Locker Self-pickup.
- Excluded Areas: Delivery is not available in specific areas (e.g., Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, container terminals, or certain warehouse locations)
2. Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) before 3:00 PM HKT are processed the same working day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. International & Regional Shipping (Macau, China, Others)
- For shipping outside Hong Kong, please allow up to 10-28 business days
